   John Beck is the man behind the Free and Clear Real Estate system. As someone who has gone through the entire course (including the $5000 coaching program), I can tell you that this one is a bit of a scam. While you do learn a lot about the tax sale process and how to access all of the auctions (it's as easy as just visiting your county's website or calling the courthouse), they don't even come close to holding up their end of the bargain when it comes to the coaching.

They promise to assign you a "tax sale expert" who will guide you through making your first three property deals. All I got for my $5000 was a few phone calls from a few different people who sounded like college students, one of them even lived in a dorm still. They basically just showed me a few key websites and explained how to decipher the information via the script they were being paid to read.

All in all, I got taken to the cleaners by John Beck and his cronies. I even paid to be a member of his private site that offered hundreds of properties for sale so I could easily make my first three deals. Guess what, 99% of the properties already had a sold tag and the site flopped about two weeks later.

Even so, I'm still going to give the John Beck Free and Clear Real Estate System a good review. For 39.95, the initial package is well worth it. Just don't agree to any of the up sell material that you're going to be bombarded with after you sign up. Oh yeah, something else John Beck fails to mention. You're going to need at least $10,000-$20,000 cash to get started. Every sale in the country is a cash upfront sale.

If you really want to break in to real estate, I recommend checking out Dean Graziosi. There's a reason he's the #1 selling real estate guru in the world.
